My experience at the hotel was quite frustrating. The booking process was handled poorly, leading to an unpleasant situation upon arrival, especially with a baby. The noise from the New Year's party was unbearable and completely disrupted our stay, culminating in a hostile interaction with the manager. While some accommodations were spacious and clean, the experience was overshadowed by the lack of consideration from the staff regarding the loud celebrations and my family's needs.
